fix(ci-self-test): use relative path for same-repo reusable workflow call

GitHub requires ./.github/workflows/ci.yml (not @branch-ref) for same-repo
reusable workflow calls from a PR branch. The @claude/reusable-ci-20260616
ref caused startup_failure because GitHub can't resolve branch-ref reusable
workflows that aren't on main yet.

# Self-test: exercises the reusable ci.yml on this repo itself.
# Uses tests: none (peptide-e2e is a Playwright/Node repo, no PHP suite)
# and has_js: false (the JS is TypeScript, not linted via npm run lint here).
# Purpose: smoke-check that the reusable workflow parses and runs without
# errors on every push/PR to this repo.

# Purpose: smoke-check that the reusable workflow parses and the job
# skeleton runs without YAML/startup errors.

# Note: uses a relative path (./.github/workflows/ci.yml) — the correct
# form for same-repo reusable workflow calls on PR branches.
