What

Add board page smoke test to the admin spec. Asserts the PRAutoBlogger Board page loads correctly after a deploy, making the v0.19.0 failure class un-shippable.

Why

PRAutoBlogger v0.19.0 shipped with a Board admin submenu that returned 404 on every click (Invalid plugin page). Root cause: the board submenu was registered at admin_menu priority 10, same as the parent top-level menu, but fired first. WordPress computed the wrong hookname at registration time; at request time it recomputed to the correct hookname, found no callback, and called wp_die. Fixed in prautoblogger PR #157 (v0.19.1). This PR adds the deploy-gate guard so this failure class is un-shippable.

Changes

tests/03-admin-plugins.spec.ts: new WP Admin PRAutoBlogger board page describe block. Navigates to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=prautoblogger-board, asserts HTTP 200, #prab-board visible, body does NOT contain Invalid plugin page.
package.json: version bumped to 1.1.0.
CHANGELOG.md: added (first changelog entry).

Risk flags

No new dependencies. Test follows existing spec patterns.
Selector #prab-board sourced directly from templates/admin/board-page.php in PR #157.

Test plan

npx playwright test --list -- spec compiles and lists 23 tests (was 21). Verified locally.
Post-deploy (after PR #157 merges to prod): run smoke against staging, confirm the board test passes.

Limitation

Cannot be validated against prod until PRAutoBlogger v0.19.1 deploys. Stated in spec comment. Test will fail on the current live site (which still runs v0.19.0 with the bug).
