What

Skip-if-absent smoke for the PRAutoBlogger M3 edit + re-run dossier surface (plugin v0.20.0, peptiderepo/prautoblogger#161). v1.3.0, 25 tests total (delta = 1).

Behavior

  • Discovers a post (925/930 -> most-recent REST), opens its dossier.
  • SKIPS with a loud annotation when .prab-stage-rerun-footer is absent — i.e. v0.20.0 not deployed — so this PR can merge BEFORE the plugin PR (M3 merge-order binding for not-yet-shipped surfaces).
  • When present (read-only, never clicks Save/Re-run — those fork inputs / queue paid LLM jobs):
    • every disabled edit affordance carries a visible reason;
    • first edit panel opens/closes (aria-expanded), has textareas + Save + Re-run buttons, and the copy contains the fork-preserved (guardrail 1) and queued-execution (chained-cron) language;
    • M3 sidebar cards (.prab-run-spend, .prab-models-card) render.

Test plan

tsc --noEmit clean. Spec is environment-defensive end to end (no seeded-data assumptions); all fallback paths annotate loudly per board/dossier smoke conventions.
