peptiderepo 6796121003 fix: tell PHPCS to ignore warnings on exit in CI ...

PHPCS exits with code 2 when fixable violations exist, even if they
are all warnings (0 errors). Add --runtime-set ignore_warnings_on_exit 1
so that warnings are still displayed but don't fail the CI job.
