peptiderepo 843c4746ec ci: add deploy-to-Hostinger workflow ...

Rsync over SSH on push to main. Runs CI first, then syncs
production files to wp-content/plugins/peptide-repo-core/
on Hostinger. Includes LiteSpeed cache purge and health check.
