Subject: [PATCH] ci: add continue-on-error to smoke job

Smoke failures (e.g. Playwright infra issues) should not block reporting
a successful deploy as failed. Root cause of smoke failures fixed in
peptide-e2e@da79ee2 (explicit checkout in workflow_call context).
