The smoke job calls peptiderepo/peptide-e2e which expects an e2e/ directory that doesn't exist in this repo. Until that repo and its Playwright tests are properly wired, a smoke failure must not block production deploy. continue-on-error: true means tests still run (visible in Actions) but don't gate the deploy. Remove this flag once the e2e suite reliably exercises the staging environment.
