181e20fb17 fix(phase2b): Authority hold-on-quorum-miss no longer crashes + pipeline_mode label (#184, v0.32.2) 
Canary-found P1: hold with empty content (research quorum miss) recorded a HOLD decision without calling Publisher (no more empty-content RuntimeException → run held, not failed). Content-present holds unchanged. Authority posts now labelled pipeline_mode=authority. QA APPROVE f759d75; CI green (phpcs+phpunit VPS-verified).

Authority_Pipeline orchestrator (research→curate→draft→editorial→seo→publish gate) + per-category tier router behind master flag prautoblogger_authority_pipeline_enabled (DEFAULT OFF — zero behavior change until enabled). Cost-ceiling halts→hold; citation + imagery gates. QA APPROVE b086079; CI green (phpcs+phpunit VPS-verified).

cf276d353e feat(phase2b): P2b.3 — SEO stage (_prab_ meta + citation_score) (#180, v0.30.0) 
Additive: seo stage writes _prab_* meta per the ratified prcore JSON-LD contract (emitter consumes); computes citation_score + configurable threshold (gate is P2b.4). Deterministic, no LLM/cost, live path untouched. Uninstall purges _prab_ meta. QA APPROVE 55b94d0; CI green (VPS-verified).

673866d0cd feat(phase2b): P2b.2 — bounded Editorial_Loop (#179, v0.29.0) 
Additive: iterative editor↔writer loop bounded by editorial_max_rounds (default 3), escalates to Review Queue on exhaustion, records each round; behind interface, Authority-only (live path untouched). Also deletes dead class-research-dedup.php + repairs ARCHITECTURE.md. QA APPROVE 16035fa; CI green (VPS-verified).

98eeb12274 fix: VPS-orchestrated generation reliability — generate --sync, reaper TZ fix, maintenance-cron self-heal (v0.22.1) (#171) 
Synchronous --sync CLI tick loop for VPS-driven generation over a held-open SSH session (survives Hostinger's ~10-min background-kill); $sync_mode guard on both tick handlers prevents double-drive; Run_Reaper UTC-vs-site-tz fix; one-shot self-heal migration restoring the maintenance crons that vanished after the 06-15/16 deploy (daily-generation excluded — VPS owns it).

QA: APPROVE @ 0689989 (qa-reviews/prautoblogger/2026-06-23-0689989.md). CEO greenlight 2026-06-22.
