peptiderepo	58710a0263	fix: use UUID v7 for Opik trace and span IDs (v0.12.1) ... Opik requires version 7 UUIDs. wp_generate_uuid4() was producing v4 which the API rejected with 422. Replaced both call sites in class-opik-trace-context.php with generate_uuid7(), a private static method implementing RFC 9562 §5.7.
