peptiderepo e499ff598c fix: replace non-ASCII bytes in class-board-page.php (mojibake + arrows -> ASCII) ...

Fixes the corrupted generatingBtn localized string (Generating... not mojibake ellipsis)
and converts all Unicode arrows/em-dashes in docblock to ASCII equivalents so the
file is clean per grep -nP "[^\x00-\x7F]". No logic change.
