peptiderepo 61975d4551 fix: expand Runware pricing whitelist to all 15 registry models (v0.14.0) ...

All Runware model selections except schnell and dev were silently falling
back to runware:100@1 because COST_PER_IMAGE only had 2 entries while the
image model registry was expanded to 15 models in v0.13.8.

Fix: add all 15 model IDs to COST_PER_IMAGE and DEFAULT_STEPS.
