Image pipeline honors _prautoblogger_imagery_suppressed. Completes Phase 2b. QA APPROVE-WITH-P2 d1447340; CI green (phpcs+phpunit VPS-verified). 3 trivial P2 docs/cleanup follow-ups noted.
