peptiderepo	38bd31c810	test: dossier edit+rerun smoke (M3, skip-if-absent) — v1.4.0 ... Rebased over the auth-retry fix (v1.3.0); version renumbered 1.3.0→1.4.0 in the rebase. 25 tests total (delta +1); spec skips loudly when the v0.20.0 surface is absent so it can merge ahead of the plugin deploy.
