Drop the flag; Playwright's binary-only install succeeds as ghrunner with no elevated privileges. SSH-verified: npx playwright install chromium succeeds for ghrunner user; Chromium 149.0.7827.55 downloaded to /home/ghrunner/.cache/ms-playwright.
