  1. deploy-app.yml: retry rsync 4×/25s to ride out Hostinger runner-IP throttling (the exit-255 the pilot hit), and make the inventory guard best-effort.
  2. deploy-health.yml: daily scheduled drift + deploy-failure monitor across all app repos, opening one deduped issue when something's off — runs on GitHub's scheduler, independent of the dead local cron. — CTO
