49934b2c25 feat(ci): adopt estate CI + add PHPUnit suite from scratch (v1.2.0) 
- Add PHPUnit 9.6 test suite (WP stubs, tests: stubs) — 40 tests across 4 files:
  MathTest: 25 tests covering all PRC_Math public methods and calculate()
  orchestrator with real peptide scenarios (BPC-157/TB-500/Semaglutide/MK-677/
  Ipamorelin) plus edge cases (zero water, negative inputs, floor rounding,
  rounding precision, mcg↔mg conversion).
  DefaultPresetsTest: 11 tests — all 8 expected slugs, required keys per preset
  (dataProvider), dose_unit validity, min<max range, source field, spot-checks.
  RestControllerTest: 7 tests — calculate() 200 + correct values (mcg+mg),
  get_presets() 200, get_preset() 200 for known slug / WP_Error for unknown.
  PresetProviderTest: 4 tests — fallback to defaults sans PR Core, slug key
  present, cache invalidation, idempotent invalidation.
- Add phpunit.xml.dist + tests/bootstrap.php (WP function/class stubs).
- Add composer test script: vendor/bin/phpunit --configuration phpunit.xml.dist.
- Add phpunit/phpunit ^9.6 + yoast/phpunit-polyfills ^2.0 to require-dev.
- Replace standalone ci.yml with thin caller to estate reusable workflow:

  with: tests: stubs, has_js: true
  permissions: contents: write (required for phpcbf commit-back)
  workflow_call (required for deploy.yml gate).
- deploy.yml unchanged — already gates on ./ci.yml + uses shared deploy-app.yml.
- Version bump 1.1.0 → 1.2.0.

1f4a16d6c5 ci: adopt shared reusable deploy workflow (#6) 
Replaces the repo-local staging/smoke/production jobs with a single call to
peptiderepo/peptide-e2e/.github/workflows/deploy-app.yml. Deploy logic is now
centralized; this repo just passes its target_path. Pilot for the rollout.

0feb36c428 ci(audit): retry PR-association check (#5) 
listPullRequestsAssociatedWithCommit is eventually-consistent after a squash
merge; the single immediate call intermittently flagged legit merges as
'direct push to main'. Now polls up to 5x/10s before opening an issue.

c35ed73616 ci: add workflow_call trigger so deploy.yml can reuse CI 
The deploy workflow references ci.yml as a reusable workflow
via `uses: ./.github/workflows/ci.yml`. Without workflow_call
in the trigger list, GitHub Actions rejects the reference.

817c3d1fb9 ci: add deploy-to-Hostinger workflow 
Rsync over SSH on push to main. Runs CI first, then syncs
production files to wp-content/plugins/peptide-reconstitution-calculator/
on Hostinger. Includes LiteSpeed cache purge and health check.

babc2ae72a fix: address QA P1 + P2 findings from 9aa5309 review 
P1 fix: Add class_exists() guard in PRC_Preset_Provider before
instantiating PR Core repository classes. If PR Core constant is
defined but classes fail to autoload, fall back to defaults instead
of crashing.

P2 fixes:
- Remove unused nonce from wp_localize_script (all endpoints public)
- Add cross-reference comments pinning SYRINGE_UNITS_PER_ML across
  PRC_Math, calculator.js, and prcConfig.syringeUnits

9aa5309eb4 feat: ship Peptide Reconstitution Calculator v1.0.0 
Interactive reconstitution calculator with peptide-specific presets.

Core features:
- [prc_calculator] shortcode with instant client-side math
- Concentration (mg/mL), mcg/unit, injection volume, syringe units, doses/vial
- Live presets from PR Core dosing data (graceful fallback to 8 defaults)
- REST API (prc/v1): presets list/detail + server-side calculate
- Transient-cached presets with event-driven invalidation
- Dark mode + responsive design (320px+)
- Full teardown in uninstall.php

12 PHP files (max 241 lines), 1 JS file, 1 CSS file.
CI: PHP lint 8.1-8.3, PHPCS WordPress, 300-line check.
