fix: expand pubchem property to multi-line docblock (VariableComment.Missing)

phpcs:ignore appended after */ on a property docblock causes PHPCS to
discard the docblock entirely, leading to VariableComment.Missing on the
property line. Fix: expand to proper 3-line format with summary on first
line. Constants are unaffected (PHPCS links @var to const differently).
