refactor(search): split 590-line search class into search + handler
Extract AJAX handler, generation workflow, pending retry logic, and placeholder creation into PSA_Search_Handler (211 lines). Main class retains search logic, caching, REST endpoint, and shortcode rendering (300 lines). Backward-compatible proxies preserved. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
