peptiderepo	f488f4a966	fix: correct test assertion for subdomain-preserving URL parse ... parse_url() returns 'pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov' for the input URL. The www. stripping via ltrim only removes leading w/. characters; a non-www subdomain is preserved in full. The code was correct; the test expected a wrong value. peptiderepo	41f5969a71	fix: remove number_format() stub from test bootstrap ... PHP built-in functions cannot be redeclared. The native number_format() is identical in behaviour — the stub served no purpose. Fixes: 'PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare number_format()' on CI PHP 8.3 lint.
