refactor: extract DB-migration methods to class-db-migrations.php

Split class-prautoblogger.php (407 lines) into:
- class-prautoblogger.php: 258 lines (orchestrator, thin proxy for migrations)
- class-db-migrations.php: 129 lines (static DB migration methods, byte-identical move)

ARCHITECTURE.md file tree updated to reflect the split.
Loaded via explicit require_once in prautoblogger.php due to autoloader
filename collision (DB -> d-b in kebab conversion).
