peptiderepo 60aa449a86 fix: rewrite board-data-provider without null bytes (bash-mount artifact) ...

The previous commit had class-board-data-provider.php written via the
Windows Write tool which pads the file with CIFS block-aligned null bytes.
Rewrite from Python string literal in /tmp to produce a clean UTF-8 file
with no null bytes.
