Drop --with-deps from npx playwright install chromium. The peptide-vps runner has OS deps pre-installed; --with-deps invokes apt-get blocked by NoNewPrivileges hardening. Binary-only install verified for ghrunner via SSH. Agent-Session: smoke-playwright-nodeps-20260617
